The <font color=red>string threshold = "WARNING"</font> parameter
in the PSet configuring <font color=red>cerr</font> tells the
destination writing to cerr to ignore all messages
with severity below <font color=red>WARNING</font>. Thus messages
issued (after the service has been configured with this .cfg file)
using <font color=blue>LogDebug</font> and
<font color=blue>LogInfo</font> will have no effect on
cerr.
