1)Example on how to generate a tkmap starting from a list of
<detids> <value> (NB: a single entry for each detid)
Starting from a ascii file containing the list (dummy.txt) and from an empty tkmap.xml
run this awk script to create a new xml tkmap
awk -f tkmap.awk [optional vmin=value0 vmax=value1] dummy.txt tkmap_white.xml > ! dummy.xml
